RFP Learning Loss Equipment for Students #15209

The District desires to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of the learning loss computer technology for students listed in Section Five (5) Scope of Services. This RFP will require the vendor to provide all relevant information based on multiple specifications detailed within the RFP.

The RFP contains sufficient information and instructions to enable qualified bidders to prepare and submit proposals and supporting material. To be considered responsive, vendors must submit a complete bid that satisfies all requirements as stated in this RFP. This RFP also contains all major terms and conditions that the successful vendor will be expected to accept.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
CLARKSDALE MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT (CMSD) central office is in Clarksdale, Mississippi, is accepting competitive sealed proposals from qualified companies to support CMSD’s distance learning initiatives.

The District was awarded funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP) Act for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III).

This proposal will aid the District in providing computer technology needed to support the learning loss for students for the upcoming school year. CMSD will utilize the technology to support and address the learning loss pertaining to student learning and technology integration in a virtual and/or hybrid environment.

The information provided herein is intended to assist suppliers to respond properly to this Request for Proposal. The District believes this RFP provides interested suppliers with sufficient information to submit proposal that meet minimum requirements. It is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or to exclude any relevant or essential data. Suppliers are encouraged to include additional information that will substantiate their product quality and services capabilities.
