RFP for HVAC Maintenance & Repair Services #14998

The Board of Trustees of the Clarksdale Municipal School District will accept sealed bid proposals for “Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service of the Heating and Air Conditioning Systems and Associated Devices for facilities within the Clarksdale Municipal School District” as listed on the attached sheet. Bid proposals must be submitted to the Business Office of the Clarksdale Municipal School District, 526 S Choctaw Street, Clarksdale, Mississippi 38614, on or before 10:00 a.m. (CST), Thursday, February 29, 2024. Bids may be mailed to Attn: Kamilah Parris, Chief Financial Officer, Clarksdale Municipal School District, 526 S Choctaw Street, Clarksdale, Mississippi 38614. Each contractor will be required to comply with the conditions/ specifications listed below.
